GoSpark is a native macOS app published by GOGO HOLDING (THAILAND) LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. It does not collect, sell, or share personal data.

What the app does not collect

• No analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or telemetry SDKs.
• No account for GoSpark itself. There is no cloud sync and no GoSpark server.
• Conversations, projects, settings, and git worktrees stay on the Mac.

What happens on the Mac

GoSpark drives coding-agent command-line tools you already installed. Those providers’ terms apply to their services. GoSpark does not receive a copy of that traffic.

Link icons in agent replies can optionally be fetched from Google for the host only. That lookup is off by default.
